Refund policy

Thank you for your trust and your order at LASH | CLUB ! If there's anything wrong with your order or you're dissatisfied with the products, we offer you the option of a hassle-free return. Here you'll find all the important information:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day:

  • on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods, if it is a single order, or
  • on which you or a third party designated by you received the last goods of an order if the delivery was made in several shipments.

Conditions for a return

  1. Refundable items:
    • Please use our return form . If you don't have a printer, please include a handwritten note with your order details.

    We recommend that you ship with a trackable service such as DHL or Hermes to ensure that the goods arrive safely.

  2. Processing time:
    • After receiving the return, we will inspect the goods within 7 working days .
    • If the verification is successful, we will refund the purchase amount using the originally selected payment method.

Cancellation process

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day

  • on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered as a single item, or
  • on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery, or
  • for the supply of goods which have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
