Terms and conditions for the “Club & Friends” partner program of LASH | CLUB

  1. Scope

These terms and conditions govern participation in the "Club & Friends" affiliate program of LASH | CLUB (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). By registering as an affiliate, the participant (hereinafter referred to as the "Partner") agrees to these terms and conditions.

  1. Eligibility

Eligible to participate are persons who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid PayPal account. Only one registration per person is permitted. Multiple registrations will result in the blocking of all linked accounts.

  1. How the program works

Partner link: After registration, each partner receives an individual partner link through which recommendations can be generated.

Commission:

  • The partner receives a 10% commission on all purchases generated and successfully completed via his partner link.
  • A payout will only be made for orders that have not been canceled or returned.

Availability of sales:

  • The sales will be available after 45 days at the earliest to allow for returns and cancellation periods.
  • The partner can use the generated amount either for payouts or for purchases in the LASH | CLUB online store.

  1. Payment of commission

Minimum amount: A withdrawal is possible from a minimum amount of €10.

Payment method:

  • Payouts are made exclusively to the PayPal account specified during registration.
  • The partner is responsible for providing a valid and functioning PayPal account.

Invoice:

  • Commission amounts are paid out once a month, provided the minimum amount has been reached.
  • Amounts below the minimum amount are collected and carried over to the following month.

  1. Partner's obligations

Compliance with laws: The partner undertakes to comply with all applicable legal provisions, in particular competition law.

Correct information:

  • The partner must provide truthful information during registration.
  • Changes to the PayPal address or other personal data must be reported to the operator immediately.

Unauthorized advertising:

  • The partner may not distribute the affiliate link in spam emails, dubious forums, or on illegal websites.
  • It is prohibited to generate commission on your own orders via the partner link (self-promotion).

  1. Abuse and blocking

Abuse:

  • Any attempt to abuse the affiliate program through manipulation, false information, or other unfair practices will result in the immediate suspension of the affiliate account.
  • In this case, any commissions already generated will be retained.

Examples of abuse:

  • Multiple registrations under different names.
  • Generation of fake orders.
  • Use of unauthorized advertising measures (e.g. spam).

Sanctions: The operator reserves the right to claim damages and to initiate criminal proceedings.

  1. Term and termination

The contract is for an indefinite period and can be terminated by either party at any time without giving reasons. In the event of termination, the affiliate account will expire, and any outstanding commission amounts under €10 will not be paid out.

  1. Liability

The operator is not liable for technical malfunctions or interruptions that affect the use of the affiliate program. The operator assumes no liability for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the partner (e.g., incorrect PayPal addresses).

  1. Data protection

The data collected as part of the partner program will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy. The partner consents to the processing of his or her personal data for the purpose of administering the program.

  1. Final provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions of this agreement be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The operator reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the affiliate program at any time. Partners will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
