No. The opposite is true. With lash extensions from a salon, your natural lashes break easily because the adhesive becomes too hard. Our adhesive remains highly flexible and moisturizes. This protects and even conditions your lashes.

Absolutely not. Our glue is hormone-free, latex-free, and contains no strong fumes.

With our cleanser and some cold water, you can easily remove makeup from your lashes. You can also use micellar water. Please do not use oil-based makeup removers.

Then you probably applied too little adhesive. Try our "Double Bonding Method" or use our sealer in addition. This will also extend the wear. With proper application, it can last up to 14 days! Please be careful not to use oil-based creams or warm water on your lashes. This will dissolve the adhesive.

Our glue dries quickly, taking about 90 seconds to dry.

This happens if you haven't applied the adhesive thin enough. You can apply a little black sealer to the area with the bond applicator. This way, it won't be noticeable.

The applicator must be absolutely clean. Clean it with warm water or a wet wipe. You can also spray a little cleanser onto your lash pad and dip the applicator in it before grasping the segments.

This is completely normal. Everyone has a different eye shape and even different eyelash lengths. You can trim the segments with scissors or remove an entire segment.
